Speak & Be / Local Deck

Choose a face for the machine.

These apps are deterministic, projection-friendly, and fast to iterate. Use them as the stable outer ring while the generated mode catches up.

1 keys off the retro artifact direction. 2 is the projection piece. 3 is the hardware proof point.
Keyboard shortcuts: press 1, 2, or 3 anywhere in this view.
If sound is enabled in the parent REPL, the apps can talk and beep through the same bridge.

Local Apps

Artifact Terminal

Tiny Screen / Vintage Shell / Command Aura

Phosphor-terminal skin with event logs, status bars, and a live SDR strip. Works on a projector but really wants a tiny panel in a weird enclosure.

Concentric Garden

Projection / Pulses / Human Input

Big radial pulses and a horizon line tuned for rooms. It reacts to hardware events, keyboard, mouse, and SDR energy without needing an LLM round-trip.

SDR Waterfall

Radio / Verification / Real Data

The current strongest hardware demo. Keep this as the calibration baseline while the rest of the system gets more ambitious.

All of these route through the same parent bridge. That keeps the product story coherent: one host surface, multiple personalities.
